Payment must be received before order processing begins. We use third-party payment processors (including Shopify Payments and related providers). We do not store full payment details.

5. ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

During product drops, high-volume releases, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may extend.

SOCIETY is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

We do not guarantee delivery dates.

6. RETURNS POLICY

USA RETURNS

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of damage or odor
  • In original, sellable condition

Items that do not meet these standards will be returned without refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Returns are processed within 3–5 business days of arrival.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to reflect.

Certain items may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Trademarks
  • Designs
  • Graphics
  • Product names
  • Photography
  • Layout and branding

are the exclusive property of SOCIETY and may not be used without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws.

8. SMS MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your phone number at checkout or subscribing through our Site, you agree to receive SMS marketing messages from SOCIETY.

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We comply with applicable federal and state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Site is powered by Shopify. We may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, and marketing.

We are not responsible for third-party platforms or services.

  • Product use
  • Delays or shipping issues
  • Inability to access the Site

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Georgia.

Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
