Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing, subject to product availability and payment verification.
All fragrances are produced in limited batches.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before completing checkout.
SOCIETY does not ship on weekends or major holidays.
You will receive an automatic order confirmation email after purchase. If you do not receive confirmation, please check your spam folder.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
During new releases or high-demand periods, processing times may extend.
SOCIETY reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
SHIPPING METHODS
UNITED STATES
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing.
INTERNATIONAL
International orders ship via expedited carrier. Delivery times vary by destination.
Shipping times do not include the order processing window.
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@societystudio.com and we will resolve the issue.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Please ensure all shipping and billing details are correct before completing your purchase.
SOCIETY reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse or abuse.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once tracking shows confirmed delivery, SOCIETY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All shipping claims must be handled directly with the carrier.
